Julie Hain
Executive Director
Julie leads SJCA with a mix of big-picture vision and grounded, practical experience. She’s worked across the nonprofit arts sector for two decades and is deeply committed to lifting up the stories and voices that make South Jersey unique. Julie keeps things moving with a deep love for spreadsheets, strong coffee, and community-centered work.

Shoanne Seijas
Membership & Programs Manager
Shoanne’s background is in humanities, history, anthropology, and community outreach. She is the master of programs at SJCA, helping to grow, understand, and support our membership. Shoanne leads with care, curiosity, and a deep respect for cultural heritage.

Tania Pomales
Arts Administrator
Tania is a local artist who first connected with SJCA as a microgrant awardee. Now part of the team, she supports membership, communications, and keeps the resource library current bringing an artist’s eye and steady presence to everything she does.

Catherine Bontilao Allen
Digital Communication Specialist
Catherine brings fresh creative energy to SJCA as our Digital Communications Specialist, blending her work as an artist with a strong instinct for storytelling and digital engagement. She received the Artist as an Activist fellowship in 2025 from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts.
