Cape May County Culture & Heritage | Local Arts Program Grant (LAP) | The Local Arts Program Grant (LAP) enables the New Jersey State Council on the Arts to support local arts development within each of New Jersey’s 21 counties through a competitive grant application process by awarding funds to officially designated County Arts Agencies (CAAs). Cape May County Culture & Heritage | County History Partnership Program (CHPP) | The County History Partnership Program (CHPP) is funded through the New Jersey Historical Commission and administered locally by the Cape May County Division of Culture & Heritage. The program provides competitive matching grants to support organizations and projects that preserve, interpret, and share the history of Cape May County and New Jersey. Burlington County Parks | Burlington County Local Arts Grant 2027 | The Local Arts Program (LAP) provides funding to local nonprofit organizations (501 (c) (3), 501 (c) (4), and 501 (c) (6)) from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts (NJSCA)/Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts. The NJHC reviews County applications for CHPP funding and based on the perceived quality of the proposed programming and the anticipated value to the community, they allocate funds from their annual budgets to the County. Atlantic County Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs | FY27 CHPP Grants Now OPEN | The Atlantic County Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs (ACOCHA) is a unit of County 

government founded in 1975 to foster the growth and development of the local history 

community. Through funds from the NJ Historical Commission (NJHC), the ACOCHA is 

able to provide Atlantic County non-profit organizations the opportunity to apply for grant 

funding for projects that promote historic excellence, provide public benefit, and are

New Jersey Theatre Alliance | Creating Change 2026: Community and Culture Shift | The Creating Change Summit is an annual in-person gathering of the New Jersey arts and culture community focused on learning, inspiration, and action as we move together toward a more just, equitable, accessible, and anti-racist arts sector. Creating Change 2026 will be a space for connection, learning, and practice of foundational skills for cross-sector partnership. The summit sessions will collectively offer a toolkit for building community, solidarity, and collective power in the arts and beyond.  This year’s summit will prioritize relational tools that build connection to build collective power and push back against fragmentation, fracture, and isolation used by people and systems that hoard power and perpetuate oppression. The Creating Change Network is a program of New Jersey Theatre Alliance in partnership with ArtPride New Jersey, with a mission to build a more equitable, just, accessible, and anti-racist arts community in New Jersey. Guided by a steering committee of arts professionals and social justice leaders, the Creating Change Network offers ongoing opportunities for learning and collaboration to move the arts sector forward. Revolution NJ | History Pinned! | Connecting historical sites and local artists, History Pinned is an opportunity to collect unique buttons while exploring New Jersey’s past. Travel through history by visiting five historic sites and collecting a custom pin designed by a local artist at each stop. Time Travel through History Pinned from June 19 – December 20, 2026. During this time, the pin-backed buttons and History Pinned booklets will be available at each location while supplies last. Before visiting a site, please call to confirm their visiting hours.
