Cultural and Education:
The historical society provides educational experiences that students from elementary through graduate school can use to enrich their present and empower their future. These participatory and collaborative experiences connect communities, histories, memories, arts, and culture. The society reflects on the demographic transformation of the area so that the society, their programs, and their exhibits are representative of Camden County. Tours of Historic Pomona Hall and the Camden County Museum are available.
Founded in 1899, the Camden County Historical Society (CCHS) is a public, non-profit organization dedicated to the collection, preservation, study, interpretation, and cultural enrichment of life in Camden County and Southern New Jersey.
