Save the Date: South Jersey Panel on Arts & Culture
Every community deserves a vibrant cultural life—and in South Jersey, we’ve been working hard to make sure arts, history, and creativity are front and center in how we grow, gather, and thrive.
That’s why we’re inviting you to take part in a timely, powerful discussion about what’s next for our region’s creative community. On Wednesday, June 11, the Non Profit Development Center of Southern New Jersey will host a virtual panel focused on arts and culture in the nonprofit space.
Moderated by Mark Morgan (Moorestown Theater Company) and Julie Hain (South Jersey Cultural Alliance), with special guest Rick Williams (6ABC anchor and MTC board member), this one-hour conversation will dive into real questions about sustainability, visibility, and community connection in the cultural field.
Everyone’s invited—artists, organizers, educators, municipal leaders, and neighbors who just believe in the value of creativity.

(Pre-registration isn’t required, but it helps us plan for a stronger discussion.)
This isn’t just another meeting—it’s part of a broader movement to ensure that South Jersey’s cultural voices are heard, funded, and celebrated. That’s where SJCA comes in. We’re not hosting the event, but we show up to these conversations because our mission is to connect, empower, and advocate for the people and places shaping South Jersey’s cultural future.
When you join SJCA, you gain access to a region-wide network of over 1,000 creatives and organizations, plus tools like the Cultural Asset Map, Culture Trail App, and our growing Resource Library full of opportunities and insights. Whether you’re looking to grow your visibility, find collaborators, or stay in the know, we’ve got your back.
And if you believe in this work but don’t need a membership, we invite you to donate to SJCA to help us keep culture visible, vibrant, and thriving in all eight counties.
