Transgender Law Center | Action for Transformation Fund | The Transgender Law Center and the Emergent Fund have partnered to launch the Action for Transformation Fund, designed to provide rapid response funding for trans-led organizing, healing, and power-building efforts. The fund supports movement-building rooted in collective liberation, political education, and creative resistance, as well as power-building that addresses community survival needs and long-term liberatory visions. Leonard-Litz LGBTQ+ Foundation | Community Grants | The Leonard-Litz Foundation supports nonprofit organizations advancing the well-being and equality of LGBTQ+ people. T-Mobile Hometown Grants Program | Grants for Revitalizing Small-Town Community Spaces | The T-Mobile Hometown Grants Program provides funding to build, rebuild, or refresh community spaces in small towns and villages across the U.S. The program funds projects that foster local connections, like technology upgrades, art and community centers, historic buildings, parks and trails, and other public spaces. RRF Foundation for Aging | RRF Foundation Advances Aging Support Nationwide | The RRF Foundation for Aging focuses on enhancing the quality of life for older adults in the U.S. through four priority areas: caregiving, economic security, housing, and social and intergenerational connectedness. New Jersey Council for the Humanities | Community History Cohort | Nonprofit organizations, state and local government, and unincorporated community groups are eligible to apply to be part of Community History. The 2026 program will focus on America's 250th anniversary and its legacy. This does NOT require a focus on the Revolutionary period exclusively, but rather on how we have continuously over the past 250 years strived to "form a more perfect union." NJCH provides $1,000 in funding up front to support participation in the program.
