ASSESS HIDDEN BIASES USING THE IMPLICIT ASSOCIATION TESTEquity & Access
This test designed to explore the topic of implicit associations by allowing testers to assess their hidden biases using the Implicit Association Test (IAT). The IAT is based on thousands of experiments that document how subconscious, information-processing patterns can result in interpersonal biases and broader societal inequities. The developers are professors at Harvard University, the University of Virginia, and Yale University.
