The Burlington County Office of Cultural Heritage Affairs(C&H) administers and develops arts, cultural and heritage programs including planning, organizing and directing program activities. C&H publicizes arts programs through a quarterly newsletter, the County Bell. As the County Arts Agency, the office administers local arts programs. The office is the programming arm for the Parks Office. Scheduled programs and performances are scheduled at the Burlington County Amphitheater and plans Arts in the Park each September.
