Title: Part Time Grants Assistant

The New Jersey Historic Trust seeks to hire a part-time, hourly employee for approximately 20-28 hours a week to work on grant programs. Tasks include: maintaining databases; preparing correspondence and mailings; assembling reports, grant agreements, meeting agendas and notes; and other duties as necessary to assist grant program staff. The job is located at the Department of Community Affairs building in Trenton. Microsoft office software experience is required. Compensation is $9-11 per hour, dependent upon experience.
The New Jersey Historic Trust is affiliated with the Department of Community Affairs. The Historic Trust supports the preservation of historic properties throughout the state through competitive funding, outreach and technical programs.
