Job Description:
Director of Development is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Development and Membership, President and CEO, and Trustees in the administration and implementation of all funraising activities of the Battleship New Jersey including giving, corporate membership, individual membership, capital campaign,corporate foundation grants, private foundation grants,public sector grants, special events,budget analysis, and planning for the development department. Includes but is not limited to the planning, preparation, research, cultivation and stewardship in all categories as stated above.
The Director of Development and Membership will also supervise and work in conjunction with the Manager of Development and Membership and various other organizational staff members to implement the financial goals of the department and organization as a whole.
