Celebrate women’s history with a tour of Paulsdale, the historic birthplace of Alice Paul and the home of the Alice Paul Institute.  Paul dedicated her life to securing equal rights for women.  She contributed much to the women’s suffrage campaign and the crafting of the Equal Rights Amendment.  Visit one of the two locations of the Perkins Center for the Arts for an exhibition, a concert or a workshop!  Top off your evening with a performance at the Lenape Regional Performing Arts Center or at a Tri-State Jazz concert.

Start your morning with a trip to Main Street Mount Holly for a leisurely breakfast and a unique shopping experience.  You’ll enjoy watching the wildlife and hiking the trails at the Woodford Cedar Run Wildlife Refuge during the afternoon.  You’ll see a regional art exhibition and maybe find a gift or two in the shop at the Center for the Arts in Southern New Jersey.  Check the evening schedule of the Golden Eagle Community Band – you might be in luck!

Travel south to the Hammonton Arts Center for a class, a workshop, and an exhibition.  Check the gallery shop for jewelry, ceramics or some hand-made stationery!  Travel west – you might be able to just catch that matinee at The Ritz Theatre.  The Ritz Theatre produces mainstage favorites as well as children’s shows.  Then in the evening, settle in for a concert at the Collingswood Scottish Rite Theatre.
