About the SJCA

SJCA is a member service organization composed of more than 125 artists, producers, exhibitors, and presenters in southern New Jersey, including museums, orchestras, chorales, dance companies, theaters, arts educators, artists and heritage organizations.

Our Mission

The mission of the South Jersey Cultural Alliance is to strengthen non-profit arts, history and cultural organizations within Southern New Jersey’s eight counties through collaborative efforts in advocacy, technical assistance, marketing and professional and resource development. SJCA envisions a region where individuals of all ages and backgrounds are engaged and enriched through arts, history and culture, and where communities prosper through a creative economy.

Funding

Funding for SJCA comes from membership dues, grants, admissions and contributions from public and private sources (see below). The SJCA is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
